Guillaume Belle – Crozes-Hermitage 2015
This new vintage in Crozes-Hermitage is a summary of
the strengths vintage 2015. The robe is intense and deep , is red garnet with violet reflections. The wine is bright and attractive.
Aromatically expression is supported . From the outset, the notes of ripe red fruit , black fruit and sweet spices are fully expressed .
Cherry, juicy raspberry and ripe cassis set the tone. Nutmeg and cinnamon complete the picture. The set is delicious and fresh at once.
In the mouth, the expression is just as pleasant . The balance between silky tannins , freshness and aromas already perceived in the
nose give a flattering and harmonious whole.
The attention we place on ourselves during vinification has learned showcases the potential of this vintage 2015. Today the wine is full.
It will still take some years to show off all its assets but already we can already open with poultry, white meat,
or strawberry soup for a surprising agreement.
Product origin: Communes of Beaumont-Monteux and Larnage
Variety: 100% Syrah
Soil: stony sandy red clay soil and kaolin
Viticulture: Organic manuring, reasoned use of natural phytosanitary treatments (certified bio), close pruning, leaf thinning, green harvesting if necessary, harvesting by hand.
Vinification: Traditional in closed temperature-controlled vats, total de-stemming, daily pumping over and punching down, a final warm maceration, three-week fermentation with indigenous yeast.
